Set the model in one sentence
Say this clearly: "Tenant Store first, then property assignment, then live tenancy workflow."
- Open Agent Dashboard and show risk summary.
- Open Tenant Store and explain pre-assignment evidence area.
- Open Manage Property and explain this is post-assignment workflow.
Minutes 5-15
Run a tenant-store proof
- Add tenant record (name, email, move-in range, budget).
- Send tenant portal access.
- Request ID and affordability updates.
- Request references.
- Show reference timeline and logging area.
If landlord asks why this matters: this prevents missing evidence and fragmented inbox trails before an offer is made.
Minutes 15-25
Run property handover proof
- Open one property in Manage Property.
- Select tenant from waiting list.
- Start journey.
- Show identity, affordability, references status continuity.
- Show agreement path and checklist.
Minutes 25-30
Close with confidence points
- One record, one timeline, one audit history.
- No dependency on disconnected spreadsheets.
- Clear legal/compliance handoff visibility.
- Faster team onboarding after first two cases.
